Jagenberg AG has acquired the shares in Verseidag Ballistic Protection GmbH (part of Gamma Holding N.V.). Rembrandt M&A acted as the financial advisor of the seller.

The Gamma Comfort & Style division produces high quality patterned fabrics. The company is headquartered in Helmond, the Netherlands. The company has over 2100 employees, and was listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange before the 2011 private equity buyout.
Verseidag Ballistic Protection is a German supplier of technical textiles. These products have various purposes, such as bulletproof vests. At this moment, the company is part of the (also German) Rheinmetall Defence.
