Acquisition of New Skool Media by Roularta Media Group

Roularta Media Group acquired 100% of the shares in New Skool Media. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction. The agreement is subject to approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM), a favourable opinion from the Central Works Council, and agreement of the management with the Editorial Board of EW (previously Elsevier).

New Skool Media
New Skool Media is the second largest magazine publisher in the Netherlands, with 21 media brands such as EW, BeleggersBelangen, Delicious, Kijk and Fiets. The Amsterdam-based publisher employs 170 people who are jointly responsible for a turnover of more than 45 million euros.
